Felix originally comes from a small village near Düsseldorf. During his school years, he was a scholarship holder of the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach-Foundation. After successfully passing his Abitur, he moved to Bayreuth in 2017 to study law. In 2023, he successfully completed this by passing his first state examination, after which he began working as a doctoral student and research assistant at the Chair of Food Law under Prof. Dr. Purnhagen.
His academic work focuses in particular on libertarian paternalism and general food law, especially from an administrative law perspective.
