Aleksandra graduated summa cum laude from the University of Warsaw with a Master's degree in law, specialising in European and food law. Her thesis was recognised by the Polish Competition Authority (Best Master's Thesis on Competition Award). Before joining the Chair of Food Law at the University of Bayreuth, she worked in the Legal Department of the European Food Safety Authority and international law firms specialising in competition and food law.
Aleksandra is interested in interdisciplinary research on sustainable food chain, future of nutrition, animal welfare and popularisation of green transition within food market.
