Alexandra Molitorisová

Alexandra graduated in Law and Jurisprudence at the Charles University in Prague in 2015. She took additional courses in the Biotechnology in Medicine Bachelor's Programme at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (2013-2015). She practiced law first at a paralegal position (2010-2013), later as an associate (2016-2018) in international as well Czech law firms. She was a fellow at the Uppsala University and a research assistant at Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. Project collaborations and research stays have let her to work with Professor Carl Fredrik Bergström (2012), Professor Miguel Maduro (2012), Professor Martin Scheinin (2015), Associate Professor Rónán Condon (from 2017 and 2019) and Professor Ciarán Burke (from 2016 to 2020). She regularly advises the governmental bodies, European institutions, as well as NGOs (victim support organisations) and other organisations (European Academies' Science Advisory Council). She has work experience in Ireland, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia and Germany. At Bayreuth’s Campus Kulmbach she pursues Ph.D. research into the consideration of benefits in authorization procedures of novel technologies, considering the potential of the application of Artificial Intelligence in evidence, proof and fact-finding as well as the doctrinal research. She is also involved in several projects involving the regulation of food innovations.
