Development of a board game on supermarket design with novel foods, taking legal and political issues into account
Funded by the Simon Nüssel Foundation
In this project, a board game was developed that simulates the design of a supermarket with novel foods. The game invites players to explore how innovative products can find their way onto supermarket shelves while taking into account legal frameworks and political questions.
By combining playful interaction with real-world regulatory and policy challenges, the project raises awareness of the complexities behind food innovation. At the same time, it creates a creative tool for dialogue between science, business, politics, and consumers.
