Student Assistant
As one of the first employees of the chair, Jan Harrer was involved in its growing since the beginning in August 2020. The student assistant is currently doing his state exam in Bayreuth and has specialized in public commercial law. His subject-specific interests include Food Law, as well as Constitutional and European Law in general. His research areas are in the fields of (EU) Food, Consumer and Products Law as well as the new cannabis legislation among other things. Working at the Chair of Food Law, he especially appreciates the scientific work, the international exchange beyond the individual disciplines, as well as the loyal work environment.
